Verizon Complaint: Verizon doesn't have a clue - direct tv dsl and phone

Talking to verizon's sales dept. was quite an experience in it's self. that should've been the tip off for me not to deal with this co. I was told one price for the bundle I ordered, I even had the gal repeat it as I wrote it down. we didn't get phone service for two weeks past the date we were promised.

even after the tech. supposedly came out we still didn't have a phone. as it turned out no one had been to the house but Verizon wanted to charge me for "sending out another tech". then when I questioned the first bill c/s told me that the sales dept. shouldn't have quoted me the price they did. now some how they made me feel like this was my fault. I informed them that my conversation (with sales) was recorded and gave them the date of the conversation. I was told the recording was for "training purposes only". funny thing is if you call Verizon the recorded message informs you that this conversation "could be recorded for quailty purposes". I let c/s know that when find a decent service they are gone and that I'm dumping direct TV as well because that's part of the bundle.
